We currently deliver across Kenya, covering Nairobi and all major towns upcountry. For special requests outside Kenya, customers can contact our support team.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Within Nairobi: Same day delivery
- Outside Nairobi (Upcountry): 2–3 business days

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and order size. In some cases, we offer free delivery within Nairobi for selected products or order values.
4. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24 hours during business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
5. Delivery Methods
We use reliable courier services and rider deliveries within Nairobi, and trusted logistics partners for upcountry deliveries. Customers may also opt for store pick up where available.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message or call with delivery details. Tracking information is provided where applicable on our app and website.
7. Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, public holidays, or courier disruptions. Customers will be notified in such cases.
8. Failed Deliveries
If delivery is attempted and the customer is unavailable, our team or courier partner will attempt a redelivery. Additional charges may apply for repeated delivery attempts.
